HR Business Partner (Technology)

What you will do

• Act as the primary HR advisor for leaders across France, Italy, and Spain.
• Translate business objectives into people strategies and address regional talent risks and organizational challenges.
• Manage complex employee relations matters, including performance, disciplinary, and grievance issues.
• Serve as the dedicated HR contact for the French Works Council and support compliance with local employment law.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, performance management cycles, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
• Implement regional and global people programs while improving employee lifecycle processes and HR administration.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as an HR Business Partner or broad HR Generalist, ideally in a matrixed technology or sales-driven environment.
• Advanced knowledge of French employment law and modern HR practices.
• Experience building trusted relationships with managers and coaching leaders through complex organizational decisions.
• Strong judgment in high-risk employee relations matters, conflict resolution, ambiguity, and escalation decisions.
• Fluency in French and English, both written and verbal, is required.
• Ability to work from the Paris office in a primarily in-office environment.
