Field Service Technician (Fuel Cells)

Pay rate: $24.50–$28.50 per hour

hirify.global develops and services fuel cell products used in electric lift trucks and other industrial applications.

What you will do

• Maintain and service fuel cell systems at customer sites.
• Perform diagnostics, troubleshooting, evaluations, preventative maintenance, and breakdown response.
• Complete field retrofits and software and hardware upgrades.
• Provide on-call and emergency customer support as required.
• Troubleshoot high-pressure hydrogen storage, 480VAC, cryogenic liquid, high-pressure gas, and fueling systems.
• Complete service logs, incident reports, inventory records, site documentation, and performance feedback.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent with technical electrical coursework.
• At least three years of mechanical and electrical troubleshooting experience, or equivalent formal training.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly without assistance and travel as required.
• General mechanical aptitude, computer skills, strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and ability to work independently.
• Own standard technician tools; specialized fuel cell tools are provided.
