What you will do

• Manage client relationships and daily administration for Global Capital Markets accounts of varying complexity and risk.
• Monitor operational systems, account activity, internal controls, cash flows, fee billing, reporting, and transaction processes.
• Review legal documents and agreements, coordinate with counsel, and support regulatory, risk, compliance, and audit activities.
• Research and resolve client-service and control issues while coordinating with internal and external service partners.
• Support transaction structuring and closings, client meetings, sales calls, fee proposals, and business-development opportunities.
• Lead or participate in departmental projects, support product and process development, and mentor less experienced associates.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree plus at least 2 years of client-service experience in Global Capital Markets products or markets, or 6 years of combined higher education and work experience including 2 years in the field.
• High proficiency with personal computers and relevant software.
• Experience reading, analyzing, and interpreting legal documents.
• Ability to calculate discounts, interest, commissions, percentages, and related amounts.
• Familiarity with corporate structures, relevant laws and regulations, problem-solving, analytical work, and strong verbal and written communication.

Nice to have

• CCTS certification.
• Experience with specialized internal software applications.
• Managerial or leadership experience and demonstrated ownership of jobs or projects.
