Sr. Trade Corrections Professional (Financial Services)

Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. Hybrid schedule with at least four days per week in the office and one day per week available to work from home.

Salary: $44,400–$66,600 per year, plus potential variable compensation.

What you will do

• Process and resolve trade correction cases accurately and on time.
• Analyze account activity, identify transaction errors, and correct trading activity across mutual funds, securities, cash, bonds, managed accounts, and dividends.
• Calculate and allocate dividends in client and error accounts, reconcile activity, and resolve discrepancies.
• Research issues with internal and external business partners and provide timely resolutions.
• Identify root causes, prepare trend reporting, and participate in continuous process improvement.
• Ensure transactions follow industry regulations and internal compliance procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education and relevant experience may be combined to meet the requirement.
• Previous operations, processing, or customer service experience.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in high-volume transaction processing.
• Ability to research and resolve problems while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional communication skills for working with internal business partners and advisors.
• Valid United States work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
