Senior Solution Engineer, Master Data Management (MDM) - Reltio

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States. Full-time, onsite role. Candidates must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.

What you will do

• Design, configure, and evolve enterprise MDM capabilities in Reltio, including entity models, relationships, hierarchies, crosswalks, reference data, and golden records.
• Implement data quality, matching, merging, survivorship, validation, standardization, cleansing, enrichment, confidence scoring, and identity resolution processes.
• Build scalable integrations and data pipelines using APIs, ETL/ELT processes, integration hubs, connectors, and event-driven architectures.
• Develop stewardship workflows, data lineage, categorization, hierarchy management, governance controls, and reference data capabilities.
• Support MDM migrations, reconciliation, validation testing, platform transitions, deployment, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and production support.
• Collaborate with architects, data modelers, product owners, governance teams, data stewards, QA partners, and business stakeholders in Agile delivery.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience delivering enterprise MDM solutions, including data modeling, match and merge, survivorship, stewardship workflows, golden records, identity resolution, hierarchies, crosswalks, and reference data management.
• Strong conceptual, logical, and physical data modeling experience with complex business and integration requirements.
• Experience designing APIs, integration hubs, connectors, ETL/ELT pipelines, and event-driven integrations.
• Proficiency in SQL and experience with cloud data platforms such as Snowflake.
• Experience with data quality, standardization, validation, matching, enrichment, troubleshooting, debugging, production support, and performance optimization.
• Must be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without current or future immigration sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Reltio implementations, certifications, platform configuration, and enterprise-scale MDM modernization experience.
• MDM migration, reconciliation, validation, and platform convergence experience.
• Payments, merchant acquiring, financial services, KYC, CDD, risk, compliance, or merchant hierarchy knowledge.
• Experience with Python, cloud-native data ecosystems, automated pipelines, graph-based data models, or AI/ML-assisted data quality.
• Familiarity with data governance frameworks, stewardship operating models, privacy requirements, and regulatory controls.
