Supply Chain & IBP Leader (Semiconductor): Leading global semiconductor supply chain performance and enterprise-wide Integrated Business Planning with an accent on demand and supply planning, inventory optimization, customer fulfillment, and supply continuity. Focus on driving advanced planning technology adoption, strengthening IBP governance, improving forecast accuracy, and advising executive leadership on business risk and operational readiness.
Location: Hybrid position with in-office requirements in Wilmington, Delaware, or Marlborough, Massachusetts; applicants within commuting distance are prioritized.

What you will do
- Lead the global Semiconductor supply chain organization across demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, customer fulfillment, and supply chain execution.
- Develop supply chain strategies to support growth, improve service levels, reduce costs, and optimize working capital.
- Align Operations, Commercial, Procurement, Logistics, Finance, Product Development, IT, and Supply Chain Excellence around business plans and priorities.
- Drive digital transformation through OMP and other advanced planning technologies.
- Lead IBP governance across demand, supply, inventory, reconciliation, and executive business review processes.
- Build organizational capability through talent development, succession planning, coaching, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field.
- 20+ years of progressive leadership experience in supply chain, operations, or planning within semiconductor, electronics, advanced materials, or high-tech manufacturing environments.
- Experience leading complex global supply chain organizations and enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.
- Deep expertise in IBP, demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, customer fulfillment, and supply chain execution.
- Strong financial and business acumen, executive stakeholder influence, and experience working across matrixed global organizations.

Nice to have
- MBA or another advanced business or technical degree.
- APICS CPIM or CSCP certification.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
- Experience with IBP, S&OP, or S&OE maturity initiatives in global multi-business environments.
- SAP and OMP planning system experience.
