Games Product Manager (iLottery)

Location: Tel Aviv-Yafo, Israel. Candidates must be authorized to work in Israel on a full-time basis without current or future visa sponsorship.

What you will do

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for iLottery game products.
• Define game requirements and player experiences from concept through launch.
• Coordinate with game development, engineering, platform, compliance, commercial, and marketing teams to deliver and launch games.
• Use data and player insights to optimize engagement, retention, revenue, and lifecycle performance.
• Ensure games meet regulatory, responsible gaming, and jurisdictional requirements.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience, preferably in iLottery, iGaming, or supervised digital products.
• Understanding of online lottery products and player behavior.
• Experience working in agile development environments.
• Data-driven approach with strong prioritization and partner management skills.
• Authorization to work in Israel without current or future visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience with instant-win, draw-based, or hybrid iLottery games.
• Familiarity with multi-jurisdictional regulatory environments.
