Quality Assurance Manager

Location: Milwaukee, WI, USA; primarily in a defined office environment

Salary: USD 32.58–33.58 per hour

What you will do

• Manage and update internal tracking systems and conduct file and system maintenance reviews for Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act programs.
• Review case files for compliance with contractual agreements, laws, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
• Develop, implement, and enforce quality assurance plans, including quarterly quality measurement reviews.
• Recommend and implement corrective action plans and report program performance and customer satisfaction results to senior management.
• Develop standard operating procedures and coordinate training for operations staff.
• Manage follow-up calls with customers to update employment status.

Requirements

• Direct experience in quality control or performance monitoring.
• Bachelor’s degree in a human services-related field or three years of equivalent work experience, with at least two years of contract experience.
• Familiarity with applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including contractual language.
• Strong written and verbal communication, computer, reporting, statistical analysis, and database skills.
• Ability to pass a state criminal background check, drug screen, and Office of Motor Vehicle check, and to remain insurable through the company’s automotive liability carrier.
• Must provide transportation and maintain valid vehicle registration and insurance; occasional extended hours, weekends, meetings, conferences, travel, and out-of-office events may be required.
