Product Marketing Manager (AI/Cloud)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA or Bellevue, WA, United States

Salary: $175,000–$215,000 annually plus bonus and restricted stock units.

What you will do

• Develop messaging and positioning for hirify.global Cloud products and services.
• Lead product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategy across key industry verticals.
• Create product and thought leadership narratives for AI builders, platform teams, and technical leaders.
• Analyze customer insights, competitive intelligence, and market research to inform product strategy.
• Lead product launches and ongoing product marketing in partnership with Product, Engineering, Developer Relations, and Marketing.
• Measure and optimize messaging, demand generation, and customer engagement to drive awareness, adoption, usage, retention, and expansion.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in AI/ML, SaaS, or enterprise software.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and supporting product launches, adoption initiatives, and integrated marketing campaigns.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales stakeholders.
• Experience creating sales enablement materials, customer-facing content, and go-to-market assets.
• Proven success driving awareness and adoption of AI or cloud-based products.
• Deep understanding of AI, cloud platforms, infrastructure, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• MBA with a marketing concentration.
• Experience developing marketing strategy and materials for cloud technology and AI products.
