Senior Product Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: New York City; on-site, with in-office work required 4–5 days per week

Salary: $170,000–$210,000 per year, plus equity and benefits

What you will do

• Develop and execute go-to-market plans covering product positioning, messaging, launch strategies, and growth.
• Conduct market and competitive research and translate insights into actionable positioning for the housing market.
• Define long-term positioning and differentiation across the hirify.global product suite.
• Own messaging and communications for frequent feature releases and product upgrades to drive adoption.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Demand Generation, and Sales Enablement.
• Lead product collateral, sales tools, presentations, case studies, and training materials for launches and ongoing updates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in B2B technology product marketing, including hands-on individual contributor and management experience.
• Track record of driving market penetration, product adoption, growth, product positioning, messaging, and successful launches.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and engaging narratives.
• Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills with strong cross-functional collaboration abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to work in person at the New York City office 4–5 days per week.
