Salary: $159,120–$230,000 per year, plus management bonus eligibility.

is hiring for a role supporting Tiffany & Co.'s North American retail and trade projects.
What you will do
- Direct the planning and delivery of all Tiffany & Co. store formats across North America.
- Lead workflow strategy for expansions, remodels, and cosmetic upgrades.
- Manage internal project managers, external consultants, and contractors.
- Align regional priorities with Tiffany's global design and planning standards.
- Design and improve systems that increase efficiency, optimize costs, and strengthen project delivery.
Requirements
- Strategic leadership experience across regional retail planning and construction projects.
- Ability to coordinate market leads, Regional Directors, project managers, consultants, and contractors.
- Ability to deliver luxury retail and trade projects on budget and on schedule.
