Director, Spatial and Occupancy Planning

Salary: $144,500–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Oversee facility space and personnel move requests across an assigned territory.
• Develop space layout options, group reorganization plans, occupancy scenarios, and migration plans.
• Analyze space supply, capacity, demand, utilization, forecasted headcount, and seat projections.
• Coordinate with Strategy, Project Management, Facility Management, Move Managers, Workplace Strategists, and other CRE partners.
• Present planning options, project concepts, relocation solutions, and final documents to clients.
• Maintain accurate occupancy and space management data, metrics, planning documents, and handoff materials.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of related experience, including at least 5 years in a corporate team environment.
• BA/BS degree in architecture, interior design, corporate real estate, facilities management, project management, construction management, or a related field.
• Experience reviewing architectural and engineering drawings, concepts, and designs.
• Experience developing site occupancy plans, stacking plans, move scenarios, forecasts, and recommendations.
• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, organizational, and project coordination skills.
• Proficiency with MS Excel, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, and IWMS platforms such as Serraview, Archibus, or iOffice.
