Technical Analyst Sr (AI)

Location: Flexible hybrid schedule in Toronto, with the work location at 483 Bay Street until approximately late 2026, then at 3 Robert Speck Parkway in Mississauga. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Salary: CAD 123,000–158,000 annual base salary, plus a discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Translate business and technical requirements into solution designs, implementation plans, and technical specifications.
• Develop, deploy, and support production machine learning models, analytical solutions, data pipelines, and integrations.
• Build Python and SQL automation and support data ingestion, transformation, and processing across AWS, Snowflake, and Informatica Cloud.
• Deploy and operate AI, data, and machine learning workloads on AWS, including CI/CD pipelines, containerized solutions, and infrastructure automation.
• Implement model versioning, testing, monitoring, logging, alerting, cost controls, and operational runbooks.
• Coordinate releases, investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, review code, and mentor team members.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of experience in software development, data engineering, cloud engineering, technical analysis, or a related role.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and SQL.
• Experience developing and supporting data pipelines, automation, system integrations, Git, CI/CD, automated testing, logging, and production support.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Current authorization to work in Canada is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AWS SageMaker, Bedrock, S3, Lambda, ECS, EKS, or CloudWatch.
• Experience with Snowflake, Informatica Cloud, Docker, infrastructure as code, or workflow orchestration.
• Experience with MLOps, Generative AI, retrieval-augmented generation, vector search, or agent-based solutions.
• Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, cloud security, data quality, lineage, metadata, and source-to-target mapping.
• AWS, Snowflake, Informatica, DevOps, or data-engineering certifications.
