Traveling Supervisor, Client Operations (Healthcare)

Location: York, Pennsylvania, USA; travel to various healthcare facilities required

What you will do

• Manage the efficient operation of assigned healthcare facility accounts and answer day-to-day questions from clients and Release of Information Specialists.
• Coordinate onsite staffing, scheduling, workflow distribution, time-off requests, payroll approval, and coverage across sites.
• Support the training, evaluation, hiring, counseling, and performance management of Release of Information Specialists.
• Monitor productivity, quality, customer service, revenue goals, and site performance through dashboards, reports, reviews, and evaluations.
• Review, scan, capture, document, certify, and release medical records in accordance with facility procedures and applicable requirements.
• Manage supplies, invoices, travel expense reports, mandatory training, and guidance on company policies.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, safe driving history, and ability to travel required.
• RHIT certification preferred, or the ability to complete and pass the ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher within 90 days.
• Knowledge of HIPAA privacy standards required.
• Effective communication with clients, staff members, and management.
• Experience with medical records or healthcare and medical terminology coursework are beneficial.
