EMR Download Associate (Healthcare)

Location: Remote, United States; shift hours are 7:00 AM–3:30 PM PST, including a 30-minute break.

Pay: $14 per hour or $2.50 per record, whichever is higher.

What you will do

• Retrieve patient medical records from electronic medical record systems.
• Scan, validate, and upload medical records.
• Perform quality checks to confirm that records are complete and visible.
• Safeguard patient information and manage data transfers in compliance with HIPAA and organizational regulations.
• Monitor completed work, provide feedback, and support continuous quality improvement.
• Help maintain customer satisfaction through accurate and reliable service.

Requirements

• Must be available to work remotely from the United States during the scheduled PST shift.
• High school diploma required.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Logical reasoning and analytical thinking.
• Strong PC skills and basic troubleshooting knowledge.
• Understanding of the US healthcare industry and its regulations is required.
