Revenue Operations Data Analyst

What you will do

• Develop and maintain sales dashboards and reports covering pipeline, conversion rates, revenue, profitability, and other KPIs.
• Analyze sales data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Build forecasting models and perform custom and ad-hoc analyses for stakeholder needs.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, Revenue Operations, and IT on strategic planning and data-driven decisions.
• Identify automation opportunities, improve data infrastructure and processes, and support data quality, integrity, and accessibility.
• Present complex findings and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of hands-on experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
• Required experience with SQL; familiarity with Salesforce, Python, R, Qlik or Tableau, and Excel.
• Experience in sales and revenue operations or as a data analyst.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, presentation, attention-to-detail, and accuracy skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
