Group FP&A Manager

Location: Doncaster, United Kingdom

Salary: £65,000–£75,000 per annum

Private equity-backed, high-growth business entering a new phase of expansion and building its dedicated Group FP&A capability.

What you will do

• Lead Group forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planning.
• Provide commercial and financial insight into business performance and challenge assumptions across operational and commercial teams.
• Support strategic decision-making, investment cases, M&A, and acquisition integration.
• Develop FP&A processes, reporting infrastructure, KPIs, performance metrics, and dashboards.
• Prepare analysis and insight for the Group Finance Director, Board, senior leadership, and private equity stakeholders.
• Help establish systems and processes for a rapidly scaling Group.

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification.
• Experience in FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• Experience producing commercial analysis and management information.
• Business partnering experience with senior stakeholders.
• Experience supporting strategic or investment decisions and developing KPIs, dashboards, and performance reporting.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-focused environment and turn financial information into actionable commercial insight.
