Associate Director, Program Management (Healthcare)

Location: Bellevue, Washington, United States; position may require travel.

Salary: $149,000–$245,000 per year, plus potential 401(k), equity grant, and annual bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Lead healthcare program management across Rx, Vet Diet, hirify.global Vet Care, and CarePlus.
• Partner with Business, Product, Operations, Customer Care, Technology, Training, and HR leaders to improve contact rate, cost, retention, and customer experience.
• Translate customer journey insights into prioritized, scalable cross-functional initiatives.
• Establish program management processes and governance, track milestones, and manage detailed execution plans.
• Identify customer experience risks, manage interdependencies, and coordinate remediation before launch.
• Communicate program status, risks, and deliverables to Customer Care leadership and healthcare stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, or a related quantitative field.
• 7+ years of project or program management experience.
• Experience engaging cross-functional teams, building business relationships, and communicating across functional areas.
• PMP or Six Sigma certification.
• Strong change management, leadership, problem-solving, analytical, presentation, and communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; ability to manage time-sensitive work.
