Associate Instock Manager (Mandarin)

Salary: $76,000–$114,000 base salary per year.

What you will do

• Support vendor management, order management, and product availability across the dropship organization.
• Help develop and implement strategies to improve in-stock rates, forecasting accuracy, and on-time shipment rates.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Prepare business documents and reports and communicate operational updates to stakeholders.
• Automate manual tasks and develop scalable solutions to streamline processes.
• Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve supply chain and delivery issues.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, logistics, e-commerce, or a related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including Excel proficiency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively; proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Nice to have

• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese.
• Knowledge of forecasting principles and techniques.
• Experience with e-commerce operations.
• Familiarity with SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
