Principal, Instock Management (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Manage inventory availability to deliver the right products at the right time and place for customers and vendors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to improve customer in-stock performance and meet vendor needs.
• Partner with vendors to optimize lead time, fill rate, and other supply chain metrics.
• Use data to prioritize high-impact actions and identify root causes of inventory issues.
• Manage ordering processes and systems while balancing competing business priorities.
• Guide the development of controls and processes for forecasting, inbound, and inventory management systems.

Requirements

• 8+ years of relevant experience in instock management, business management, demand forecasting, ordering, procurement, inventory management, supply chain, or consulting.
• Strong Excel and analytical skills with a data-driven business approach.
• Strong cross-functional communication and stakeholder-influence skills without direct authority.
• Ability to set ambitious goals and take ownership of continuous improvement.
• Mandarin and English proficiency required.
