Senior Manager, Inventory Planning and Management (Ecommerce)

hirify.global operates an e-commerce platform in Taiwan with next-day Rocket Delivery and international Rocket Overseas delivery services.

What you will do

• Plan and manage inventory to deliver the right products at the right time and place.
• Improve in-stock availability and ensure inventory meets customer and vendor needs.
• Partner with vendors to optimize lead time, fill rate, and other supply chain metrics.
• Use data analysis to prioritize high-impact actions and identify root causes of operational issues.
• Manage ordering processes and systems while balancing business priorities and inventory costs.
• Develop controls and processes for forecasting, inbound, and inventory management systems.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant experience in demand forecasting, ordering, procurement, inventory management, or supply chain.
• Bachelor’s degree in a supply chain-related field.
• Experience partnering with vendors and collaborating with Sales and Operations stakeholders.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to influence without authority.
• Strong Excel skills; SQL and other technical skills are a plus.
• Mandarin and English proficiency required.
