Location: In-office role based in Pittsburgh, PA; New York, NY; Cleveland, OH; or Philadelphia, PA.

Salary: $75,000–$150,000 base salary, plus incentive compensation.

What you will do

  • Support the marketing and execution of interest rate hedging solutions, including swaps, swaptions, caps, floors, cross-currency swaps, and Treasury locks.
  • Generate trade ideas, prepare pitch books and marketing materials, write market commentaries, and provide indicative pricing.
  • Conduct swap portfolio analytics, peer analyses, financial research, and client and industry analysis.
  • Manage client onboarding, credit lines, ISDA documentation, trade confirmations, internal approvals, and post-trade follow-ups.
  • Partner with Trading, Corporate Banking, Debt Capital Markets, Leveraged Finance, Foreign Exchange, Treasury Management, credit, legal, and settlements teams.
  • Support senior marketers and develop toward a client-facing marketing role while maintaining a risk-mitigating and compliance-driven approach.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience and a bachelor's degree or comparable combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in derivatives, fixed income, securities sales, or capital markets, including marketing or executing interest rate derivative products for corporate clients.
  • Understanding of derivatives markets, fixed income derivative pricing, ISDA documentation, and credit risk concepts including CVA, DVA, and FVA.
  • Strong quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and client relationship skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Employment visas and STEM OPT sponsorship are not available; the role is performed in-office.

Hiring process

  • Required securities licenses for the derivatives track include SIE, Series 7, and Series 63 within 120 days of employment.
