Director, Product & Technology Communications

Location: Must be based in San Francisco or Palo Alto, United States. Remote work is indicated.

Base pay range: $200,000–$257,500 per year.

hirify.global builds digital asset, payment, stablecoin, and programmable blockchain infrastructure, including USDC, hirify.global Payments Network, and Arc.

What you will do

• Own hirify.global’s media narrative and public profile for Arc, hirify.global Agent Stack, hirify.global Payments Network, and digital asset products.
• Build long-term product narratives that position Arc as infrastructure for coordinating economic activity.
• Lead product launch communications, earned media campaigns, executive positioning, and stage strategy.
• Develop relationships with tier-one technology, business, fintech, crypto, and developer media.
• Build thought leadership programs for product and technology executives, including briefings, bylines, and conference preparation.
• Collaborate with product, commercial, community, public affairs, and reputation management teams, including on crisis communications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of product or technology communications experience, including substantial in-house technology company experience.
• Track record of building product brands and narrative strategies beyond individual launches.
• Deep relationships with tier-one technology and business media.
• Experience communicating developer-facing products or platforms to technical communities and mainstream audiences.
• Strong technical fluency, exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and experience with executive thought leadership.
• Must be based in San Francisco or Palo Alto.

Nice to have

• Experience at a FAANG company, major fintech, or high-growth technology platform.
• Background in blockchain, digital assets, programmable money infrastructure, or developer platforms.
• Relationships with AI, ML, agentic economy, crypto, Web3, or fintech media.
• Experience with developer community communications or AI-driven communications workflows.
• Familiarity with Slack, Apple macOS, and Google Suite.
