Vice President of Communications

Location: Bellevue, Washington, USA

Salary: $240,000–$260,000 annually, with potential annual bonus and stock depending on the role and individual performance.

What you will do

• Develop and execute earned-media strategies covering corporate news, product announcements, customer success, executive thought leadership, and emerging issues.
• Build analyst relations programs, manage briefings and evaluations, and translate analyst feedback into actionable insights and thought leadership.
• Strengthen brand perception through executive speaking opportunities, corporate storytelling, awards, external communications, and market-facing campaigns.
• Own the corporate narrative, messaging framework, press releases, executive content, presentations, employee and partner communications, and event materials.
• Advise senior executives on messaging and public appearances while overseeing corporate and executive social media strategies, analytics, and social listening.
• Manage editorial standards, content quality controls, communications budgets, agency and vendor relationships, planning, and forecasting.

Requirements

• 15+ years of relevant communications experience; experience with a B2B software company is preferred.
• Strategic ability to build company messaging, positioning, differentiation, and value propositions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong project management and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving environment.
• BS degree or equivalent required.
• Role based in Bellevue, Washington, USA.
