Senior Financial Analyst (Oncology R&D)

Location: Titusville, New Jersey, United States of America; also available in Spring House, Pennsylvania, or Raritan, New Jersey. Up to 10% travel may be required.

Salary: $79,000–$127,650 annual base pay, plus eligibility for an annual performance bonus.

What you will do

• Provide financial leadership and analysis for early- and late-stage oncology development compounds.
• Manage financial updates, business plans, long-range financial plans, monthly forecasts, and closing cycles.
• Build pipeline valuation models in partnership with development, project management, commercial, marketing, operations, and tax teams.
• Support portfolio reviews and ad hoc valuation analyses for Pharmaceutical R&D, Operations, and Strategic Marketing stakeholders.
• Partner with Business Development on external innovation, licensing, and mergers and acquisitions projects.
• Challenge assumptions, develop alternative scenarios, and recommend improvements to financial information and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
• At least three years of finance or related business experience.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication, and interpersonal skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and implement process improvements.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity, collaborate across functions, and take on leadership roles.
• Must be located in Spring House, PA, Raritan, NJ, or Titusville, NJ.

Nice to have

• MBA, CPA, CMA, or another financial certification.
• Experience in pharmaceuticals, medical devices, or public accounting.
