(USA) Area Manager - Quality Assurance/Systems (Import, Regional, Returns, Sam's, Wm.com)

Location: Onsite in Sutherland, Virginia, United States

Salary: $65,500–$98,000 annual salary, plus potential performance bonuses, regional pay zone compensation, and stock.

What you will do

• Implement business plans, manage staffing and scheduling, assign duties, and coordinate workloads to achieve facility goals.
• Monitor productivity and analyze operational reports for the assigned area.
• Execute quality assurance procedures and programs covering inventory integrity, slot profiling, inventory adjustments, cycle counts, damages, hazardous materials, and related logistics processes.
• Manage installation, maintenance, repair, inventory, and ordering of systems hardware and software.
• Troubleshoot systems and applications in collaboration with the Information Systems Division and external vendors.
• Supervise, coach, train, evaluate, and develop associates and leaders while maintaining quality, safety, and compliance standards.

Requirements

• Associate's degree in Business, Logistics, or a related field plus one year of supervisory experience; or a bachelor's degree in a related field; or two years of Walmart logistics or supervisory experience.
• Ability to complete all required job training and assessments.
• Experience or knowledge in quality assurance, logistics operations, inventory integrity, and systems troubleshooting.
• Ability to work at the Sutherland, Virginia facility.
