Business Intelligence Co-Op (MedTech)

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and optimize business intelligence reports and dashboards.
• Develop a continuity strategy for the site's business intelligence strategy.
• Create dashboard documentation and knowledge articles for the existing BI suite.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define KPIs and performance metrics.
• Work with databases and write SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data.
• Monitor BI trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• Completed freshman year at an accredited university and currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in data engineering, industrial and systems engineering, information technology service management, or a related field.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher.
• Experience with Power BI.
• Proficiency in SQL and Python, with strong critical-thinking and communication skills.
• Permanently authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment visa sponsorship.
• Available for the January–July 2027 co-op term and able to work 40 hours per week.
