Business Intelligence & Insights Summer Internship (SQL/Power BI)

Location: Branchville, New Jersey, United States; hybrid

Salary: USD $22.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Translate business partner needs into appropriate data and intelligence requirements.
• Gather data independently or in collaboration with IT.
• Create and improve reports using Power BI, SQL, Excel, and Cognos.
• Support projects that maintain data and reporting across the company.
• Teach business partners how to use and understand data tools.
• Identify opportunities to make reporting and analytics more efficient.

Requirements

• High school diploma required.
• Full-time undergraduate junior or senior status is preferred for internship candidates.
• Curiosity, analytical thinking, and the ability to develop practical solutions.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex ideas clearly.
• Comfort working with data in Excel.
• Ability to perform at a professional level in a hybrid office-based internship.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL, Power BI, or Cognos.
