Financial Services Representative (Fintech)

Location: Fayetteville, Tennessee, United States. This is an office-based role with regular in-person attendance, occasional local travel to banks and offsite locations, and possible extended hours or weekend work.

Salary: $16–$18 per hour, based on experience and location, plus performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and identifying additional financial product opportunities.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls for collections, application follow-up, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts, secure payments, and arrange payment plans.
• Prepare individual tax returns, review documentation, and answer tax-related customer questions.
• Assist customers with applications, payments, account questions, tax services, and issue resolution in person.
• Process payments and documentation, maintain records, handle cash, balance funds, and complete bank runs.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current insurance.
• Ability to independently complete required bank runs and transport deposits.
• Ability to obtain required insurance licensing.
• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, computer, and accurate data-entry skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in banking, retail, restaurants, hospitality, collections, call centers, insurance, healthcare front-office, or similar customer-facing roles.
