Senior AI DevOps Developer (Korean/English)

What you will do

• Design and develop custom AI agents, Generative AI applications, and AI-powered automation.
• Develop, test, deploy, monitor, and enhance AI solutions across development and production environments.
• Translate client business requirements into practical AI solutions and explain complex concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build RAG pipelines, prompt engineering workflows, agentic systems, tool and function calling, and LLM integrations.
• Provide production support through monitoring, troubleshooting, performance optimization, upgrades, and incident resolution.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes.

Requirements

• 9+ years of software development, AI, cloud, or DevOps experience, with hands-on Generative AI and LLM development experience strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong experience with AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG architecture, prompt engineering, LLM evaluation, and AI application testing.
• Strong Python programming skills; experience with REST APIs, backend services, microservices, enterprise integrations, Git, CI/CD, Docker, and cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of AI security, prompt injection, data privacy, PII protection, access control, and responsible AI.
• Experience troubleshooting production applications, managing multiple client projects, and working in client-facing or IT consulting environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
• Experience with OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Gemini, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent LLM platforms.
• Bilingual communication skills, including Korean and English.
