What you will do

• Assess foreign space-to-ground technology ecosystems and industrial bases.
• Analyze microelectronics manufacturing capabilities, production ecosystems, and supply chains.
• Evaluate dependencies, bottlenecks, and vulnerabilities in critical technology sectors.
• Support technology forecasting and long-range threat assessments.
• Conduct engineering-level reviews of advanced systems and components.
• Develop strategic intelligence products and executive briefings.

Requirements

• Advanced degree in engineering, physics, materials science, microelectronics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of technical intelligence or engineering experience.
• Experience evaluating industrial-base and technology-development programs.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.

Nice to have

• PhD in engineering or physical sciences.
• Intelligence Community or defense space program experience.
• Experience with semiconductor production and advanced manufacturing.
