Program Management Advisor

Location: Hybrid, with the preferred location in Memphis, Tennessee; candidates may also be based in Plano, Texas, or Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Candidates within 50 miles of a hirify.global campus must work on-site several times per week.

Salary: Memphis: $7,488.36–$9,922.07 monthly; Plano: $7,882.48–$10,444.28 monthly; Pittsburgh: $7,882.48–$10,444.28 monthly.

What you will do

• Provide technical expertise and support for planning, developing, organizing, and coordinating large programs and projects.
• Research and recommend technologies, methodologies, processes, and products that enable innovative improvements.
• Collect, analyze, and produce financial and performance indicators, forecasts, and program materials.
• Coordinate programs and specifications across departments and divisions.
• Manage roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and status reporting.
• Facilitate cross-functional sessions, align stakeholders, and drive workstreams and deliverables to completion.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business or a related quantitative discipline.
• At least five years of exempt experience in project or program management, product development, systems design or development, or business and financial planning and analysis.
• Experience planning major projects, including proposals, business cases, schedules, and financial justification.
• Experience using project management or planning software.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience working in ambiguous environments and advancing assigned work with limited day-to-day direction.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise transformation, technology modernization, or large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs and integration, data platforms, application architecture, DevSecOps/CI/CD, and enterprise architecture.
• Experience with Agile, product, portfolio, or enterprise program management practices.
• Experience partnering with architects and technical teams to translate technical concepts into program dependencies, risks, actions, and business implications.
