PLS GMP Manufacturing Technician I (Pharmaceutical)

Location: Norristown, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite. Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Salary: $26.00–$30.00 per hour

What you will do

• Perform dispensing, blending, granulation, compression, encapsulation, coating, and packaging of solid dose products.
• Execute manufacturing activities according to batch production records, SOPs, cGMP, FDA, and internal quality requirements.
• Operate, clean, set up, and change over blenders, granulators, tablet presses, encapsulators, coating equipment, mills, sieves, and packaging lines.
• Record manufacturing activities in batch records and logbooks according to Good Documentation Practices.
• Identify and report deviations, support investigations and CAPA activities, and assist with SOP improvements.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance, Facilities, QA, and QC teams on troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, line clearance, and process improvements.

Requirements

• Associate degree or technical certification in a science- or engineering-related field preferred, or a high school diploma with relevant experience.
• 1–2 years of GMP manufacturing experience, preferably in solid dose or small-molecule production.
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations, solid dose manufacturing processes and equipment, batch records, SOPs, and documentation practices.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment, with mechanical aptitude and basic math skills.
• Strong attention to detail, documentation accuracy, communication, teamwork, and ability to follow detailed procedures in a regulated environment.
• Ability to work onsite in Norristown, Pennsylvania, Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
