Provider Engagement Network Specialist

Location: Remote in Florida, supporting Miami, Broward, and Palm Beach

Salary: $23.23–$39.61 per hour

What you will do

• Maintain accurate provider records for state reporting, claims payment, and provider directories.
• Resolve provider data, demographic, registration, and claims payment issues with external representatives and internal operations teams.
• Process provider additions, changes, terminations, and updates to provider groups and model contracts.
• Create, maintain, track, and audit spreadsheets and provider data for multiple products.
• Support provider website registration, orientations, webinars, and training sessions.
• Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional tasks and projects.

Requirements

• Must live in Florida.
• Associate's degree preferred.
• Three years of experience in a managed care environment, medical provider office, healthcare customer service, or medical claims.
• Experience in claims processing, billing, or coding preferred.
• Knowledge of healthcare, managed care, Medicare, or Medicaid.
