What you will do

• Plan and dispatch shipments to maximize truck capacity and meet delivery timelines.
• Monitor shipments from origin to delivery and resolve in-transit issues.
• Coordinate with agents, drivers, customers, and carriers to solve operational problems.
• Negotiate with carriers and partners to support cost-effective transportation solutions.
• Track performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency.
• Partner with internal teams to support reliable operations and customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make real-time decisions.
• Clear communication skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.
