Product Engineer / Product Researcher (AI)

What you will do

• Own a product surface end to end, including backend systems, APIs, user experience, deployment, observability, evaluations, and feedback loops.
• Work with application-layer AI customers to design products that use models with memory.
• Develop evaluations and telemetry to improve the product experience and underlying models.
• Prototype agentic products, shared context-aware team agents, and internal products for testing the technology.
• Train models to demonstrate product form factors and collaborate closely with model researchers.
• Help define standards for quality, ambition, and product engineering culture.

Requirements

• Entrepreneurial, independent, and comfortable operating in ambiguity and building 0-to-1 products.
• Strong technical foundations and the ability to build reliable, high-quality customer and user experiences.
• Ability to communicate effectively with researchers and technical experts outside the primary area of expertise.
• User-centric approach with empathy for customers and end users.
• Hands-on experience experimenting with side projects, new products, agents, or AI, with a strong point of view on using agents effectively.
