What you will do

• Complete four six-month rotations across Technical Support, Product Testing, Product Management, and Sales Engineering.
• Deliver technical expertise and training to global distribution partners and customers.
• Test hardware and software solutions in office and field environments to support product quality before release.
• Shape product vision, conduct market research, and create go-to-market strategies with cross-functional product teams.
• Partner with regional sales teams to demonstrate technology, lead training sessions, and support customer adoption.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geomatics, Surveying, GIS, Construction Management, or a related field.
• At least one relevant internship or up to three years of professional experience in surveying, GIS, GPS, or positioning solutions.
• Adaptable mindset, strong initiative, critical thinking, and willingness to explore innovative workflows such as AI.
• Demonstrated leadership potential and collaborative communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with construction or mapping software solutions.
• Proficiency with analytics and reporting tools for evaluating performance and identifying trends.
• Leadership involvement in university organizations or professional communities.
