What you will do

• Write, test, and debug software, focusing on complex and critical components.
• Collaborate on requirements, software specifications, design reviews, and code reviews.
• Provide technical expertise and support as a subject matter expert in specific domains.
• Research solutions for complex technical challenges and troubleshoot production issues with operations and support teams.
• Assess new technologies and contribute to adopting development best practices.
• Mentor junior team members through guidance and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Typically 5+ years of relevant industry experience, including at least 2 years in a similar software engineering role.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language and software development methodologies.
• Strong programming, debugging, problem-solving, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to take ownership of complex technical challenges.
