(Senior) Kotlin / Java Software Engineer - Broker (m/f/x) (Fintech)

What you will do

• Build and run the Scalable Broker platform as part of a cross-functional team.
• Develop financial products and services using Kotlin, Java, GraphQL, and Spring Boot.
• Work with cloud-based infrastructure, tooling, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
• Apply test automation and modern software development practices in agile, self-sufficient teams.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to deliver broker-business improvements.

Requirements

• University degree in computer science, engineering, sciences, or a comparable qualification.
• Solid experience with Kotlin, Java, GraphQL, Docker, Spring Boot, AWS, and Terraform.
• Strong analytical thinking across technical and product domains.
• Clear, concise communication with engineering, product, and other stakeholders.
• Passion for well-architected, testable, and documented code.
• Experience with GDPR compliance, security, domain-driven design, distributed architectures, microservices, or financial services is advantageous.
