Senior Software Engineer (Cloud)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex software solutions for the Cloud Library platform.
• Build scalable, secure, and maintainable front-end and back-end applications, cloud-native services, and RESTful APIs.
• Contribute across the software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and architecture through production support.
• Provide technical guidance, participate in design reviews, mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and promote engineering best practices.
• Support CI/CD, DevOps, monitoring, observability, incident response, and production troubleshooting.
• Identify technical debt and contribute to system modernization and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience developing scalable web applications and distributed systems.
• Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure, and with RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages, such as Java, C#, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Node.js.
• Experience with relational databases, plus strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

• Cloud-native application architecture and highly available customer-facing SaaS applications.
• CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and Agile/Scrum development.
• Modern front-end frameworks such as React or Angular.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering productivity and code quality.
