Network Engineer

Location: Dallas, Texas, United States; on-site. Travel up to 20% may be required for site deployments.

Compensation: $125,000–$147,500 per year plus bonus, with restricted stock units included.

What you will do

• Design, deploy, and support network infrastructure across offices, warehouses, and data centers, including topology, IP/VLAN/subnet design, wireless planning, redundancy, expansions, migrations, and refreshes.
• Administer, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, and wireless networks; serve as an escalation point and lead root-cause analysis.
• Align network configurations with security policies, support audits and vulnerability remediation, and integrate cameras and access-control systems.
• Configure SaaS integrations using SSO, SCIM, OIDC, OAuth, and Okta, while building workflows with Workato and Postman.
• Automate infrastructure and operations workflows, maintain network documentation, and standardize deployment patterns.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Operations, architects, vendors, ISPs, and carriers; support circuit turn-ups and mentor Network Analysts.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Network Engineer experience in office, warehouse, or data center environments.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, routing, and Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking protocols.
• Experience with wired and wireless enterprise networks, circuit provisioning, carrier management, and Wireshark-based troubleshooting.
• Ability to own network components or projects end to end and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Dallas, Texas, with up to 20% travel for site deployments.

Nice to have

• Cisco Meraki experience and CCNA or equivalent certification.
• Experience with MPLS, DIA, SD-WAN, VPNs, and network monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with Lucid, Jira, IAM platforms such as Okta, Workato, Postman, and AI-assisted workflows.
