Plumbing Service Manager

Location: Austin, Texas, United States

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 base salary per year, plus a 10% performance bonus and separate weekend bonus opportunities.

What you will do

• Lead, manage, and coach plumbing technicians through one-to-ones, team meetings, performance reviews, ride-alongs, and site visits.
• Track technician performance and customer interactions while reinforcing service, sales, and customer-experience standards.
• Partner with Dispatch to assign the right plumber to each job and review schedules, technician needs, and scorecards.
• Enforce ServiceTitan processes, truck restocking, inventory standards, quality workmanship, and checklist completion.
• Lead safety meetings, support technical assessments, and promote a safe work environment.
• Oversee customer issue resolution through site visits, follow-up calls, and coordination with Finance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous leadership experience with plumbing technicians.
• Working knowledge of ServiceTitan or similar service software.
• Proficiency with mobile devices and Microsoft Office applications.
• Plumbing license appropriate to the role; Journeyman level or higher preferred.
• Valid, clean driver’s license.
