What you will do
- Diagnose and resolve drain issues in customers’ homes.
- Assess problems and recommend appropriate repair solutions.
- Complete quality drain repairs independently in the field.
- Explain repair options clearly to homeowners.
- Deliver a strong customer experience during service visits.
Requirements
- Valid apprentice plumber card with endorsement required.
- Valid driver’s license with no major violations within the last three years.
- Ability to use an iPad and ServiceTitan software.
- Strong customer service and drain troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to confidently present repair options to customers.
