Apartment Maintenance Technician - Harbor & Pine #2

Location: Onsite in Marietta, Georgia, United States. The role includes evenings, weekends, seasonal seven-day work weeks, and on-call shifts.

What you will do

• Complete basic apartment turns and prepare units for new residents.
• Resolve resident service requests and perform routine maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing, basic electrical components, HVAC equipment, appliances, and other building systems.
• Provide technical direction and training to other Maintenance Technicians when needed.
• Assist with vendor quality management and move-in/move-out inspections.
• Respond to emergency service requests during assigned on-call shifts.

Requirements

• At least two years of maintenance experience, preferably in facilities or building maintenance.
• Proficiency in at least two technical trades, such as plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, HVAC, or carpentry.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, seasonal seven-day work weeks, and at least one on-call week per month.
• Reliable transportation for after-hours emergency service requests.
• Ability to move heavy equipment and machinery and perform physical work.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
