Associate, BizOps & Analytics (AI)

Location: Remote; full-time salaried employees must currently reside in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Massachusetts, North Carolina, New Jersey, Nevada, New York, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Ontario, Canada.

Base salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year, plus potential equity.

hirify.global is building an AI-powered advisor and super app for car ownership, covering insurance, buying and selling, registration, loans, safety, repairs, diagnostics, and parking.

What you will do

• Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to apply customer performance insights to acquisition strategies.
• Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments for new and existing features.
• Define and test growth levers for profitable and scalable user acquisition and partnership development.
• Use advanced machine learning models and complex data analysis to inform business and product strategy.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve operational efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitatively or intellectually rigorous discipline.
• At least 1 year of management consulting experience at a top firm or relevant business analysis and operations experience.
• High comfort with SQL and complex data analysis.
• Structured, first-principles problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate with audiences ranging from frontline employees to the C-suite.
• Must currently reside in one of the listed U.S. states or Ontario, Canada.

Nice to have

• Management consulting experience at McKinsey, Bain, or Boston Consulting Group.
