Customer Service Agent (AI)

Location: Remote, available to full-time hourly employees currently residing in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia.

Salary: $19–$21 per hour, plus possible equity.

What you will do

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers.
• Process service requests, including vehicle and driver changes, lienholder updates, and policy document delivery.
• Answer questions about insurance coverage, policy benefits, and existing policy changes.
• Retain policyholders by finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Passion for helping customers.
• Current residence in one of the eligible U.S. states is required for this full-time hourly role.
