Salary: $26.50 USD per hour

What you will do
- Respond to customer inquiries by email and phone, resolve common issues, and follow up on open concerns.
- Monitor live trips during scheduled weekend shifts and support customers, drivers, and operations teams during disruptions.
- Coordinate alternative solutions for delays, cancellations, route changes, traffic, vehicle breakdowns, and weather issues.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the proprietary system and Sprinklr.
- Educate customers on Department of Transportation rules and regulations.
- Escalate critical service failures, safety concerns, operational delays, and policy exceptions.
Requirements
- Residence in one of these U.S. states: Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Hawaii, Mississippi, Missouri, North Carolina, New Hampshire, Nevada, New York, Oklahoma, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Washington, or Wyoming.
- 2+ years of customer service or logistics coordination experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
- Customer-focused mindset and willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends; the first six weeks include a variable training schedule.
