Customer Support Agent (Insurance)

Location: Remote for full-time hourly employees residing in Arizona, Florida, Georgia, Nevada, New York, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, or Virginia. The role is also listed for Augusta, Georgia; Buffalo, New York; Dallas, Texas; Gilbert, Arizona; Memphis, Tennessee; Sandy, Utah; and Tampa, Florida.

Salary: $19–$21 per hour, plus possible equity.

What you will do

• Respond to inbound calls from existing insurance customers.
• Process service requests, including adding or removing vehicles and drivers, updating lienholder information, and sending policy documents.
• Answer questions about existing policy coverages, benefits, and changes.
• Retain policyholders by identifying solutions for customers considering cancellation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a call center environment.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
• Strong motivation to help customers.
• Current residence in one of the eligible U.S. states is required for this full-time hourly role.
