What you will do

• Act as the primary marketing copywriter for all important community communications.
• Launch new community initiatives and fuel engagement via newsletters and Slack.
• Own and execute the email marketing strategy with a focus on relationship building.
• Optimize website content to attract and excite potential members.
• Collaborate with the Admissions team to create a seamless applicant and member journey.
• Manage external experts and launch new Chapters to ensure full bookings.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in marketing copywriting and 1+ years in a community-focused role.
• Expertise in storytelling and the ability to write persuasive, brilliant copy.
• Startup mindset: ability to move fast, stay reliable, and be a "no-excuses" doer.
• Strong intuitive empathy and talent for community building.
• Extreme attention to detail regarding word choice, structure, and punctuation.
• Global mindset and a desire to communicate with a worldwide audience.
