What you will do

• Lead complex consulting engagements and multidisciplinary teams across major client accounts.
• Shape strategic change agendas at the intersection of business and IT transformation.
• Build trusted relationships with CXO-level stakeholders and lead senior client interactions.
• Drive profitable growth through business development, pipeline conversion, revenue growth, margin management, and fee negotiations.
• Oversee engagement delivery, utilization, customer satisfaction, and post-deal implementation support.
• Develop talent, innovation, external thought leadership, and intellectual capital.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in CXO-level client engagement and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to commercialize relationships with senior executives.
• Proven experience leading complex projects with multidisciplinary teams in consulting, corporate, or public-sector environments.
• Strong financial acumen, including revenue growth and margin management.
• Experience supporting high-value business development activities with senior stakeholders.
• Deep understanding of industry trends and technology, with a demonstrated ability to innovate and drive change.
